Terms of sale

Firstfoot is a service of Galde Analytics, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B10641728), registered office at Calle Alameda de Mazarredo, 47, Bajo — 48009 Bilbao (Bizkaia), España, registered in the Commercial Registry of Bizkaia, Volume 6246, Sheet 174, Page BI-82276. Contact: firstfoot@galde.app.

Firstfoot produces analyses of a company’s entry into a foreign market, based on its answers to a questionnaire and on public information. It offers:

• Free first analysis: an initial assessment of the market fit and a diagnosis of the plan, free of charge and with no obligation to buy.
• Full study: a study of the chosen market in 8 sections —business context, target market, competition, legal and intellectual property, m&a activity, product roadmap, team, business model—, with an action plan, delivered on the web and as a PDF.
• Additional markets: full studies of other countries, in the same order or later, and a comparison between the markets ordered when there is more than one.

The analyses are written by an artificial-intelligence language model from the company’s answers. In the competition section, the model searches public sources on the internet; if the company gives its website, it is read to put the study in context.

Like all AI-generated content, it may contain errors or omissions. Every study explicitly flags the data that should be checked with local sources. Firstfoot is an analysis and information tool: it is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, nor does it replace professional advice for a specific case. Decisions taken on the basis of the study are the client’s.

• Full study: €299 per market, plus taxes.
• Additional market in the same order: €149 plus taxes, up to 2 per order. It can also be added later from a study already ordered, at the same price.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to the client’s location and tax details, and are shown before payment.
• The price published at the time of purchase applies.

The order is placed by paying through Stripe, the payment gateway. Before paying, the client expressly accepts these terms. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Card details are handled directly by Stripe: Galde never accesses them. After payment an electronic invoice is issued and emailed to the client.

Generation starts as soon as payment is confirmed and usually takes a few minutes. The study is delivered through a personal link and as a downloadable PDF, and is also sent by email. The client can retrieve their reports in «My reports» with the email used when ordering.

Online access is kept for three years from purchase, as set out in the privacy policy. We recommend downloading the PDF.

If a section cannot be generated, the study says so and the client can generate it again from the study itself, at no cost. If the study cannot be delivered, Galde will generate it again or refund the full amount within 14 days of becoming aware of it.

If you order as a consumer, the law generally gives you 14 calendar days to withdraw. However, the study is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By ordering, you expressly request that its generation starts immediately and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the right of withdrawal, under article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. The delivery email confirms this consent.

If you order as a business or professional, there is no right of withdrawal.

Galde warrants that the study delivered matches what is described in these terms. If it does not —for example, because a section is missing—, the client may ask for it to be generated again or, if that is not possible, for a refund. Galde does not guarantee commercial results or the complete accuracy of information from public sources or from the client’s own answers.

When the client orders as a business or professional, Galde’s liability on any ground related to a study is limited to the amount paid for that study, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Consumers keep, without limitation, all the rights the law gives them.

The client may use the study for their own purposes and share it with their advisers, partners, investors, financial institutions or public bodies. They may not resell it as their own product or use Firstfoot to provide services to third parties without authorisation. Galde keeps the rights to the software, the methodology, the brand and the format of the studies. The answers and information provided by the client remain theirs.

The client undertakes to provide truthful information; not to enter in the questionnaire personal data of third parties that is not necessary, nor special categories of data; and not to circumvent the limits of the service or use it in an automated or abusive way.

Galde processes data in accordance with its privacy policy, whose section 11 details Firstfoot’s processing.

Each purchase is governed by the version accepted at that moment, which is recorded with the payment. Galde may update these terms for future purchases by publishing the new version with its date.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you order as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. If you order as a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Bilbao.

These terms are drafted in Spanish. The English version is a courtesy translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
